Foreigners who wish to set up a business entity in Singapore will need to engage a registered filing agent (such as a law firm, accounting firm or corporate secretarial firm) to submit the application in BizFile+ on their behalf.
These agents also provide a host of other services, such as:
- Provision of Company Secretary;
- Filing Annual Returns with ACRA;
- Maintaining and updating of information with ACRA; etc.
The fees may vary among the filing agents. You are advised to select an agent that suits your business needs.
