Filing reminders and notifications for annual returns & declarations
ACRA provides reminder notifications to help you comply with annual return (AR) and annual declaration (AD) deadlines.

Bizfile alerts
You will see pop-up alerts when you log in to Bizfile if:
Your filing deadline is approaching; or
Your filing is overdue
The alerts appear automatically. You do not need to set anything up.
Corporate service providers (CSPs): You will see alerts for your client's entities when you switch to their profile.

What you need to know | Details |

When ACRA sends notifications | ACRA sends email notifications one month before the deadline for: For example, if your filing is due in June, ACRA will notify you in May. You will not receive an email notification if you filed before the reminder is sent. |
Who receives notifications | ACRA send email notifications to the registered emails of position holders, such as:
If you hold positions in multiple entities, you will only receive one email per entity. |
Keeping your email updated
Make sure that your registered email address is up to date to receive notifications:
Log in to BizFile.
Go to "My Profile".
Update your email address.
Tip: Check your spam or junk folders if you did not receive an email notification when you should have. You will still see pop-up alerts when you log in to Bizfile, whether your email is up to date or not.

Will ACRA notify me for other types of annual obligations?
ACRA only sends notifications (pop-up alerts and emails) for annual returns and declarations.
To check other statutory filing obligations:
Log in to BizFile.
Check the "Pending Your Action" tab.
How do I tell if an ACRA email is real?

You cannot opt out of these notifications. They help you file on time and avoid penalties
