Email Notifications to file your Annual Returns (ARs) / Annual Declaration (ADs)

To help companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) file their Annual Returns / Declarations on time and avoid penalties for non-compliance, notifications will be sent to the position holders’ (such as the directors, company secretaries, managers and partners) email addresses to inform them that their corporate entity is due to file its Annual Return / Annual Declaration.

Position holders are reminded to ensure their email addresses registered with ACRA are updated. If you are a position holder, simply log in to Bizfile and update your email address under “My Profile”.
