You may select this NOE option if the error contained in the document filed is not clerical/typographical in nature. You will be required to justify that the error was unintended and does not prejudice any person(s).

- Duplicate filing for Transfer of Shares
- Wrong cessation of Director/Secretary

Processing Time
Upon complete submission of information, you will receive an email notification on the status of your application within 7 working days.
If your application is approved, the information in the register will be rectified accordingly, and the NOE tagged to the transaction. Where applicable, the rectified information will be available in our information products and free entity search results.
Should your application be rejected, you will be informed of the reason(s) for rejection via email. You may choose to submit a new NOE if you wish to include additional information to support your application.
