ACCtraordinary is an annual flagship outreach initiative for the accountancy profession, jointly supported by Singapore’s five Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE), the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
Curated for secondary school students, parents, educators, and Education and Career Guidance (ECG) counsellors, this annual event celebrates the dynamic and evolving nature of accountancy. It aims to spark curiosity and inspire the next generation by showing how accountants today are becoming strategic advisors and using powerful digital tools to solve complex problems and drive innovation. Accountancy professionals also help businesses navigate risks, adapt quickly, and make data-driven decisions, while preserving trust with a strong sense of purpose and integrity.
In 2025, ACCtraordinary is jointly organised by ACRA and Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and will be held on Monday, 4 August 2025, at The Music Box, Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
