Support Measures for Businesses During COVID-19

Extension of Deadline for Holding Annual General Meetings and Filing Annual Returns

To assist companies which may encounter difficulties holding their AGMs and filing ARs with ACRA in the current COVID-19 situation, ACRA will grant a 60-day extension of time for all listed and non-listed companies whose AGMs are due during the period 16 April 2020 to 31 July 2020. The AR filing due dates for the period 1 May 2020 to 31 August 2020 for all listed and non-listed companies will also be extended for 60 days. There is no need for these companies to apply for the extension of time with ACRA.

eForms Enhancements to eForms for 14 BizFile+ eServices

As part of our on-going efforts to improve the design and customer experience of our eServices, we have enhanced the eForms for 14 BizFile+ eServices. Bio-data information such as NRIC will be obtained by ACRA directly from the relevant government agencies, without the need for users to key in the information.
