As BizFile+ users are still experiencing difficulties in lodging filings on BizFile+ portal, any penalties incurred for statutory filings with due dates between 8 Sep to 13 Sep 2020 will be waived.
For customers who have urgent critical transactions, please contact the ACRA Helpdesk at 6248 6028. The operating hours of the ACRA Helpdesk has also been extended and will operate this Saturday and Sunday from 8.30am to 1pm.
We would like to apologise for the disruption and inconvenience that this is causing our customers. Our IT team continues to work round the clock to address the system issues.
