The BizFile+ portal has been experiencing a very high volume of online traffic. 
We apologise if you have had difficulties accessing the portal. Although the BizFile+ system is designed to cater to double the existing capacity, our IT team is now working urgently to improve capacity further.

Extension of Filing Time and No Imposition of Filing Penalties
As some users have had difficulties accessing BizFile+, ACRA will be extending the time to file Annual Returns, Annual Declarations, Business Registration Renewals and any statutorily required filings which are due between 26 Dec 2015 to 31 Jan 2016 to 2 Feb 2016. No penalties or charges will be imposed, nor will the entity’s compliance rating be affected, if these filings are made by 2 Feb 2016.
