New Registration

To become a Registered Corporate Service Provider (CSP), you need to:
  • Submit an online application through Bizfile
  • Declare that you meet the "fit and proper" requirements
  • Appoint at least one Registered Qualified Individual (RQI)

Renewal

You can renew your CSP registration up to 60 days before it expires through ACRA's online system, Bizfile.

Registration Process

The representative (sole-proprietor, partner, or director) of the CSP must:
  1. Submit the application:
    • New registrations: Apply via Bizfile
    • Renewals: Apply via Bizfile
  2. Any one representative of the CSP must complete mandatory training:
    • Take the AML/CPF/CFT course
    • Pass the AML/CPF/CFT Proficiency Test
    • Note: Both course and test must be completed by the same person within 6 months before the application date 
  3. Pay the application fee:
    • $400 for a 2-year registration (non-refundable)
    • All appointed RQIs must endorse their appointment to the CSP after payment for the CSP application, except for the RQI submitting the application. For example, if a CSP has appointed three RQIs and one submits the application, only the remaining two RQIs need to provide their endorsement.

Important Information

Registration Period

All registrations and renewals are valid for 2 years.

Expired Registration

If your registration expires:
  • Your CSP status will show as 'Registration expired and has not been renewed'
  • You cannot file transactions for clients with ACRA
  • You have 60 days to renew from the expiry date
  • After renewal, your RQIs, employees, and client list remain unchanged
  • If you do not renew within 60 days, you will need to submit a new application for registration and pay the application fee

After Approval

  • You will receive a unique CSP Number
  • Select "Corporate Service Providers" Profile after CorpPass login to file for your clients
