Before Registered Corporate Service Providers (CSPs) can perform transactions on behalf of their clients via Bizfile, CSPs must first maintain the list of clients that they are servicing in Bizfile using the "Maintain Corporate Service Provider client list" eService.
This transaction allows CSPs to add or remove their clients and can be filed by the authorised officers of the CSP (i.e. directors, secretaries, or partners) or their appointed Registered Qualified Individual(s). There is no fee payable for this transaction.
