Group Secretaries and Holding companies

  • Group secretaries and their authorised employees appointed by holding companies can file in Bizfile on behalf of their holding companies and related corporations without CSP registration. This exemption extends to both the holding companies and their related corporations.

Officers of companies and similar categories of persons

  • Directors can file in Bizfile for their own companies without CSP registration
  • Partners, sole proprietors, and other similar representatives of businesses, limited partnerships (LPs), and limited liability partnerships (LLPs) can file in Bizfile for their respective business entities without CSP registration
