Deregistering as a Corporate Service Provider or Registered Qualified Individual 

CSPs and RQIs may apply to ACRA at any time to cancel their registration. However, ACRA reserves the right to reject applications for cancellation if there are suspicions that CSPs/RQIs’ duties and responsibilities have been breached. In such cases, the application will be put on hold until ACRA completes its investigation and reaches a decision on any necessary actions.
