Change in Particulars of Corporate Service Provider
This transaction allows you to make changes to:
- the location other than its registered office address where it is carrying on business
- the nature of business
- the types of corporate services provided by your CSP
Changes in the location other than its registered office address where it is carrying on business must be updated as soon as possible after the date of change.
This transaction can only be filed by the authorised officers of the CSP (i.e. directors, secretaries, partners, or owners). These updates can be made via the "Update corporate service provider information" eService on Bizfile. There is no fee payable for this transaction.
Change in Particulars of Registered Qualified Individual
This transaction allows you to make changes to the following particulars of an RQI:
- Name of RQI
- Identification Type
- Identification Number
- Nationality
- Address
- Contact number
- Email address
- Qualification of RQI
- Supporting documents for qualification of RQI
This transaction must be filed by the RQI themselves. These updates can be made via the "Update registered qualified individual information" eService on Bizfile. There is no fee payable for this transaction. Change of particulars of an RQI must be lodged within 14 days after the date of change.
Important note: If you hold appointments in other entities (e.g. as an officer of companies or partner in partnerships), you may only use this form to update your RQI qualification and the relevant supporting documents. To update the rest of your personal particulars, please use the "Update position holder information" eService on Bizfile.
