Every registered Corporate Service Provider (CSP) must appoint at least one Registered Qualified Individual (RQI) before they can perform transactions on behalf of their clients.
If there are any changes (appointment or withdrawal) to the appointed RQIs in your firm, you must notify ACRA via Bizfile using the appropriate eServices within 14 days from the date of change. This transaction can only be filed by the authorised officers of the CSP (i.e. directors, secretaries, partners or owners). There is no fee payable for this transaction.
