Notice to customers visiting ACRA service counters at Revenue House

  • ACRA service counters at the Taxpayer and Business Service Centre at Revenue House have resumed operation from 21 Jun 2021 under Phase 3 (Heightened Alert). Please note that consultations at our service counters are strictly by appointments only. Customers seeking assistance at our service counters are advised to make an appointment at least 1 working day in advance at before their visit.
  • As all of ACRA’s services are online, we urge our customers to continue using our online services at Alternatively, you can email us at or call our helpdesk at 6248 6028.


You will need to make an appointment before visiting our counter if you wish to speak to our officers regarding general enquiries on starting up, managing, and closing of entities that are registered with ACRA. This allows us to minimise your waiting time and ensure a pleasant experience for you.

This e-service enables you to make, view/change and/or cancel an appointment with our customer service officers.

  2. Please ensure that the mandatory fields marked by * are filled.
  3. Please make/edit your appointment at least 1 working day in advance (subject to availability appointment slots).

Important Notice:
  • Customers who wish to visit ACRA's service counter on business registration matters must book an appointment at least 1 working day in advance through ACRA's website.
  • All enforcement-related appointments will be scheduled by our compliance officers if necessary, and they will be held at ACRA's office located at 10 Anson Road, #05-01/15 International Plaza, Singapore 079903.
