Corppass is the single login method for all government-to-business transactions. All entities need Corppass to access Bizfile eServices.

ACRA-initiated striking off of companies
ACRA can strike off a company from its register under section 344(1) of the Companies Act.
A common reason for this is failing to file annual returns for several consecutive years. This action is initiated by ACRA and is different from a voluntary striking off that a company applies for.

You must book an appointment at least four calendar days in advance. All consultations are strictly by appointment only.

Our office is located at Revenue House, 55 Newton Road, Singapore 307987.
For visitors with an eAppointment: Please go to our service counters at Level 1.
For mail and deliveries: Please deposit them into the ACRA drop-off box (located near the passenger drop-off point) or send them to our Corporate Office on Level 3 (#03-02).
