Learn how you can manage employees' filing access and update contact details through Bizfile.
Authorising employees to file transactions
As a registered corporate service provider (CSP), you can authorise employees to file Bizfile transactions on behalf of your clients.
You must ensure that employees appointed to perform filing are:
Fit and proper; and
Adequately trained on legislation related to the prevention of money laundering, the financing of terrorism, and counter proliferation financing.
Employees with filing access can:
File transactions for your clients.
Perform tasks under your registered qualified individual's (RQI) supervision. The RQI must be employed, appointed, or engaged by your CSP.
Note: You must remove an employee's filing access immediately when they leave your company.
Before managing filing access
This guide explains how you can manage your employees' filing access and update their contact details. You do not need to tag employees to specific RQI, making it easier to manage your team.
Who may manage filing access
You must be an authorised position holder or RQI of the CSP.
Examples of authorised position holders include:
Directors
Company secretaries
Partners
Owners

Step 1: Log in to Bizfile and open the "Manage filing access for RQIs and CSP employees" eService
Follow these steps to log in to Bizfile and navigate to the Manage filing access for registered qualified individuals and corporate service provider employees eService.
