What you need to do

  1. Comply with the Corporate Service Providers Act 2024 and its related regulations

As a registered CSP or RQI, you must comply with the CSP Act 2024, which includes:

  1. Comply with AML/CPF/CFT guidelines for:

    • Anti-money laundering (AML)

    • Countering proliferation financing (CPF)

    • Countering the financing of terrorism (CFT)

As a CSP, you must comply with AML/CPF/CFT requirements.

More details:

  1. Renew your registration every two years:

If your registration expires:

  • Your status will show "Registration expired and has not been renewed".

  • You cannot file transactions for CSP clients.

  • You must renew within 60 days or you will need to register again.

  1. Notify ACRA of changes in CSP or RQI particulars

You must update ACRA:

  • As soon as possible if certain CSP particulars change

  • Within 14 days if any RQI particulars change

  1. Notify ACRA when you appoint or withdraw RQIs

Notify ACRA within 14 days of appointing or withdrawing an RQI.
