Renewing registered qualified individuals (RQI) registration

Before you renew

This guide explains how to renew your RQI registration for two years from the date of approval. You have up to 60 calendar days from your registration expiry date to renew.

If your registration expires, your RQI status will show as "Registration expired and has not been renewed". You cannot file transactions for CSP clients until you register as an RQI again.

Step 1: Log in to Bizfile and open the "Renew registration as corporate service provider" eService

Follow these steps to navigate to the Renew registration as corporate service provider eService.

Note: All entity and personal information (including UEN, entity details, NRIC or FIN numbers, names and addresses) shown are dummy data for illustration purposes only.

1. Click "Login" on the Bizfile homepage and select "Individual User" to log in via Singpass.

2. On your dashboard, click “Manage” in the top menu.

3. Click the “Corporate service provider” tab and select “Renew registration as registered qualified individual”.

Step 2: Renew your registration

Follow these steps to renew your RQI registration.

1. On the “Renew registration as registered qualified individual” page, click "Start".

2. Check if your RQI information is up to date. If you need to make any changes, click "Update RQI information" to file any changes through the General lodgement eService first.

3. Select your professional qualifications by ticking the corresponding checkboxes in the dropdown list. Then, click “Save”.

5. Your RQI renewal period will be start two years from your last registration expiry date. Click “Review and confirm” to proceed.

Step 3: Review and make payment

1. On the "Review and confirm" page, check your details carefully. Then, tick the declaration box and click “Proceed to payment”.

2. Select your payment method and click "Make payment".

3. You will see a message that confirms your renewal and a link to download your receipt.

4. You will also receive a notification in your Bizfile inbox that confirms your renewal has been approved.
