What you need to know	Details

Why this happens	Bizfile retrieves the liquidator's identification type from the Insolvency and Public Trustee's Office (IPTO).
How to fix this issue	Update your particulars with IPTO before filing on Bizfile.

Issue: Filing winding up as a CSP

What you need to know	Details
Applies to	Corporate service providers (CSPs) appointed by a third party (such as a creditor or the court) to file winding up
Why this happens	If you are a CSP appointed by a third party to file winding up, you need to add the client to your client list before you can file on their behalf.
How to fix this issue	Before filing, authorised position holders and qualified individuals need to add the client using the Maintain CSP client list eService.
