Use the "Manage winding up" eService to file notice of cessations through Bizfile.
Before you file
After you appoint a liquidator or provisional liquidator, you can use the Manage winding up eService to notify ACRA when their role ceases.
Who may file
Directors of a local company
Partners of an LLP
Corporate service providers (CSPs) appointed to file on behalf of the entity
What you need to prepare

Step 1: Log in to Bizfile and open the "Manage winding up" eService
Follow these steps to log in to Bizfile and navigate to the right eService.
Note: All entity and personal information (including UEN, entity details, NRIC or FIN numbers, names and addresses) shown are dummy data for illustration purposes only.

Step 2: File the notice of cessation
Use this filing to notify ACRA when a liquidator or provisional liquidator ceases their role.

Cessation reasons
Depending on your cessation reason, follow the steps below:
"Removal from office" or "Resignation"
You can proceed to the next step without entering additional information.
"Released as liquidator"
Enter the date of the resolution or winding up order and upload the supporting document. The date must be the current date or a past date.
Click "Save".
"Ceased as provisional liquidator but appointed as liquidator"
Enter the date of appointment and the date of the resolution or winding up order. The date of the resolution or winding up order must be the current date or a past date.
Upload the supporting document.
Click "Save".
The tag "To be ceased" will appear below the liquidator's name. Click "Review and Confirm" to continue.

Step 3: Review and submit
Review all cessation details carefully before submitting.
