Your PAC is registered under both the:

This means you must adhere to both Acts' requirements when updating your information. Some updates adhere to standard company procedures, while others are specific to PACs.

Maintain your company's information and registers within the relevant deadlines.

Update officer and position holder details within 14 days.

Particulars of registered qualified individuals (RQIs) of a public accounting entity that is a deemed registered CSP

Remind your RQI to inform ACRA within 14 days, using the General lodgement eService:

  1. Select Corporate Service Provider; then

  2. Select Update registered qualified individual information.

Appointment or cessation of appointed RQIs

Notify ACRA within 14 days using the General lodgement eService:

  1. Select Public accountant and accounting entity; then

  2. Select Other public accountant and accounting entity related lodgement.

Deemed corporate service provider (CSP) registration status

If you wish to cancel your deemed CSP registration, email acra_pod@acra.gov.sg.

Note: PAs must report changes to their PAC on time to avoid penalties.

You can file directly as the PAC's PA if you hold all of these positions:

  • Director;

  • Director under section 17(3)(d); or

  • PA employee.

You may also engage a corporate service provider (CSP) to file on your behalf.
