Your ALLP is registered under both the:

This means you must adhere to both Acts' requirements when updating your information. Some updates follow standard LLP procedures, while others are specific to ALLPs.

Remind your RQI to inform ACRA within 14 days, using the General lodgement (opens in new tab) eService:

  1. Select Corporate Service Provider; then

  2. Select Update registered qualified individual information.

Appointment or cessation of RQIs

  1. Select Public accountant and accounting entity; then

  2. Select Other public accountant and accounting entity related lodgement.

Deemed corporate service provider (CSP) registration status

If you wish to cancel your deemed CSP registration, email acra_pod@acra.gov.sg (opens in new tab).

You can file directly as the ALLP's PA if you hold any of these positions:

  • Partner;

  • Partner under section 18A(3)(e); or

  • PA employee.

You may also engage a corporate service provider (CSP) to file on your behalf.
