Company registers: Requirements & deadlines

Companies must keep accurate, up-to-date records of key personnel. Check which registers you need to maintain and their filing deadlines.

Register of Registrable Controllers (RORC)

Unless exempted, you need to meet RORC requirements. This applies to companies (including foreign companies) and limited liability partnerships (LLPs).
