Downloading lists of your RQIs & CSP employees

Before you download

As a CSP, you can download a list of your RQIs and CSP employees from Bizfile.

Step 1: Log in to Bizfile and navigate to the right eService

Follow these steps to log in and open the Manage filing access for registered qualified individuals and corporate service provider employees eService.

Note: All entity and personal information (including UEN, entity details, NRIC or FIN numbers, names and addresses) shown are dummy data for illustration purposes only.

1. Go to Bizfile and click "Login". Select "Business User" to log in with Corppass.

2. (Authorised position holders) On the "My profile – Select profile" page, click the "My Entities" tab. Then, select your CSP firm.

3. (RQIs) On the "My profile – Select profile" page, click the "Corporate Service Provider" tab. Then, select your CSP firm from the dropdown list and click "Proceed to dashboard".

5. Alternatively, click "Manage" in the top menu and select “Corporate service provider”. Then, click “Manage filing access for registered qualified individuals and corporate service provider employees”.

Step 2: Download your lists

1. Select the Registered Qualified Individuals or Authorised CSP employees tab, depending on the type of employee list you want to export.

2. Click Export and select your preferred file format (CSV or XLSX).

The exported file includes each person's name, appointment status, mobile number, email address, appointment date, and withdrawal date.
