How to file an alteration of constitution

Step 1: Log in to Bizfile and open the "Alteration of Constitution" eService

1. Go to the Bizfile homepage and click "Login".

Step 2: Check your entity dashboard

Entity dashboard

Check that you are on the correct entity dashboard. The entity name will be displayed on the top menu bar and the dashboard. Check that the status indicator confirms you are logged in as a position holder of that entity.

If you are a corporate service provider (CSP)

Profile page
1. On the "My profile – Select profile" page, click the "Corporate Service Provider" tab. If you belong to more than one CSP firm, select your CSP firm from the dropdown list.

Step 3: Open the eService and select the notice type

Manage page
1. From the mega menu, select "Manage" and click "File Alteration of Constitution".
