Updating changes to your financial year end (FYE)
Local and foreign companies can use Bizfile to notify or seek approval from ACRA when they change their FYE.

Before you update changes
Who may apply
Position holders can change their company's FYE directly.
You can also engage a corporate service provider (CSP) to apply on your behalf.
What you need to prepare
Unique entity number (UEN)
Revised FYE date
Financial year period
Supporting document explaining the reason for the change if:
Your revised FYE is more than 18 months from your financial year start date; or
The change is within five years from the end of your previously changed FYE.
Prepare your supporting documents in PDF format. File names should not include spaces, special characters or foreign language characters.
