All business entities must update changes to their position holders' information within the required timeframe to avoid late lodgement penalties.
Before you update
This guide explains how to update your position holder information via Bizfile. This includes their personal particulars, address and contact information.
To update the:
Appointment or withdrawal of a position holder, use the Appoint/Withdraw position holders eService
Information for locally registered corporate position holders with a unique entity number (UEN), use the Update entity information eService
Who may update
Authorised officers from the business entity
Corporate service providers (CSP)
Group of Companies (GC)
What you need to prepare
You need the position holder's updated information, which includes their:
Name (attach supporting documents like deed poll)
Identification type and number
Nationality
Residential address
Contact information
For Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents: Report these changes to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) directly:

Identification type
Identification number
Nationality
Note: You do not need to notify ACRA about these changes. ICA provides these updates automatically.
