Filing a notice of resolution (special resolution)

File a notice of resolution (special resolution) for your local company through the "Notice of Resolution" eService on Bizfile.

Step 1: Log in to Bizfile and open the "Notice of Resolution" eService

Bizfile login
1. Go to the Bizfile homepage and click "Login".

Step 2: Check your entity dashboard

Check the entity name and your login status are correct

1. Check that you are on the correct entity dashboard. The entity name will be displayed on the top menu bar and the dashboard. Check that the status indicator confirms you are logged in as a position holder of that entity.

If you are a corporate service provider (CSP)

Select your CSP
2. On the "My profile – Select profile" page, click the "Corporate Service Provider" tab. If you belong to more than one CSP firm, select your CSP firm from the dropdown list.

Step 3: Open the eService and select the notice type

Click "Manage", then "File Notice of Resolution"
1. From the mega menu, select "Manage" and click "File Notice of Resolution".

Step 4: Enter your resolution details

Check the entity details are correct and enter the meeting date and description under "Special resolution details"
1. Verify the entity details to ensure you are filing the Notice of special resolution for the correct entity. Under “Special resolution details”, enter the “Date of meeting” and “Description” of the resolution.

Step 5: Review and submit

Review the information, tick the declaration box, then click "Submit"
1. Review all entered information carefully. Tick the declaration box to confirm the accuracy of the information and click "Submit".
