Free BP
From 2 June 2017, ACRA will offer all newly registered/incorporated entities a free copy of their Business Profile upon successful registration or incorporation. For entities that are registered with ACRA, a free Business Profile will be sent to the person filing the transaction after they have successfully renewed their business registration, filed Annual Returns or Annual Declarations.

The Business Profile is an electronic report containing the business information which the entity has filed with ACRA. The Business Profile is required when opening a corporate bank account under the entity's name, or as supporting document for applying licenses and permits. The provision of the free Business Profile is part of ACRA's effort to help businesses reduce business costs, and to ease administration burden, encourage timely filing and facilitate record keeping.

How to receive the free Business Profile

  • Newly incorporated companies / Variable Capital Companies (VCCs)
  • Newly registered sole proprietorships / partnerships / LLPs / LPs
Upon successful incorporation/registration, an email on the guide to download the free Business Profile will be sent to the registered email address of the person who filed the registration.
  • Renewal of registration for sole proprietorships / partnerships / LPs

For sole proprietorships, partnerships and LPs, an email on the guide to download the free Business Profile will be sent to the person who has successfully renewed the entity, the next day.

  • Filing of Annual Returns for companies / VCCs
  • Filing of Annual Declaration for LLPs
An email on the guide to download the free Business Profile will be sent on the next day to the registered email address of the person filing the transaction.

Note: Download for free Business Profile will only be valid for seven days from the date of issuance, please download the free profile upon receiving the email.

Customers who are eligible to receive a free Business Profile upon successful registration/incorporation as well as filing of their annual returns, annual declarations or renewal of business registration, can retrieve the receipt number from their personal dashboard (i.e. message widget) in BizFile+ and proceed to download the free Business Profile from the ACRA iShop homepage.
