(A) Model Constitution

A copy of your company’s constitution must be submitted when applying to incorporate your company. If you do not wish to create your own constitution, you may choose to adopt the applicable Model Constitution below.

(B) Company Forms under the Companies (Filing of Documents) Regulations 2003 ("C(FOD)R") & The Companies Regulations ("CR")

Note: Forms that need not be lodged with ACRA. Please note that certain forms are still required to be submitted to the Official Receiver or other parties.
