Filing a return by liquidator relating to final meeting

Before you file

Liquidators may use the Manage winding up ↗ (opens in new tab) eService to file a return relating to the final meeting.

Step 1: Log in to Bizfile and open the “Manage winding up” eService

Follow these steps to log in to Bizfile and navigate to the right eService.

Note: All entity and personal information (including UEN, entity details, NRIC or FIN numbers, names and addresses) shown are dummy data for illustration purposes only.

1. Go to Bizfile and click "Login". Then, select "Business User" to log in via Corppass.

2. Check that the entity name and UEN displayed on the top menu bar and dashboard show the entity to be wound up.

3. (CSPs) Click the "Corporate Service Provider" tab on "My profile – Select profile" page. If you belong to more than one CSP firm, select your CSP firm from the dropdown list.

5. You will be directed to the "Manage winding up" introduction page.

Step 2: File the return

Follow these steps to enter the details of the final meeting.

1. On the “Manage Winding Up” introduction page, select “Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting”. Then, click “Start”.

2. The details of the entity and appointed liquidators will be displayed. Check the entity details to ensure you are filing for the correct entity.

3. Select the type of meeting.

6. Upload the final meeting documents. Click “Review and confirm” to proceed.

Step 3: Review and submit

Review all details carefully before submitting.

1. Review all information carefully. Tick the declaration box and click "Payment".

2. On the payment summary page, select your payment method and click "Make payment".

3. You will receive an acknowledgement message and a link to download the receipt.
