Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2014

Background

The Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act 2014 ↗ (opens in new tab) was passed by Parliament in October 2014.

The Act took effect in two phases:

• The first phase was implemented on 1 July 2015.

• The second phase came into effect on 3 January 2016.

The Act amended the Accountants Act, Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) Act, and Limited Partnerships (LP) Act.
