VCC requirements
Requirement | What you need to do |

Managing VCC debts and charges
Charges let lenders claim VCC assets if loans are not repaid. Register new charges with ACRA within 30 to 37 days to avoid penalties.
Closing a VCC
There are two ways to close a VCC. You can either:
Strike off a VCC if it is inactive and debt-free
Wind up a VCC if there are debts to settle
