Position holders (such as partners and directors) can endorse striking off applications through Bizfile.
Before you endorse
This guide explains how position holders can provide consent when a business applies for striking off.
Who needs to endorse
Endorsement is required for striking off unless:
The position holder who submitted the striking off application is not required to endorse their consent.
A corporate service provider (CSP) filed the striking off application.

How to endorse a striking off application
Position holders must endorse striking off applications within 14 days of submission. If you do not endorse within this timeframe, the striking off application will be rejected and a new application will need to be submitted.
