Apply for a 30-day extension to register a charge with a charge instrument executed outside Singapore.
Before you apply
For charges with instruments executed outside Singapore, local and foreign companies may apply for a 30-day extension under the Companies Act (CA), section 139.
For charges with instruments executed in Singapore, apply for a Court order under CA section 137.
This EOT application must be submitted before the filing due date. Applications cannot be submitted after the due date has passed.

Date of charge creation
Country where the charge instrument was made or executed
