Apply for a 60-day extension to submit proof of de-registration if your foreign corporate entity is re-domiciling to Singapore.
Before you apply
Foreign corporate entities re-domiciling to Singapore may apply for a 60-day extension of time (EOT) under the Companies Act, section 359(7). This extension covers the submission of proof of de-registration from their original place of incorporation.
This EOT application must be submitted before the filing due date. Applications cannot be submitted after the due date has passed.
