Apply for a 14-day extension to file the Notice of court order approving the reduction of share capital for a local company.
Before you apply
Local companies may apply for a 14-day extension to file the notice of Court order approving the reduction of share capital. This is provided under the Companies Act section 78I.
This EOT application must be submitted before the filing due date. Applications cannot be submitted after the due date has passed.

Corporate service providers (CSPs) acting on behalf of the local company
