About the grant

Get funding support to adopt digital solutions that improve your accounting practice's efficiency and capabilities.

This grant helps small and medium-sized accounting practices digitalise their operations.

What the grant covers

Get funding to adopt digital solutions in these areas:

  • External audit management

  • Taxation management

  • Corporate secretariat management

  • Practice management

  • Data analytics

Funding amount

This amount depends on whether you have used digital solutions under the Digital Transformation for Accountancy (DTACT) programme.

Eligibility criteria

You have never used DTACT

Up to 50% of eligible costs, capped at $30,000 per firm

You used DTACT before, and your current PSG application is for a:

  • Different solution category; and

  • Different solution

Up to 30% of eligible costs, capped at $30,000 per firm

You used DTACT before, and your current PSG application is for the:

  • Same solution category; or

  • Same solution

No funding available

Note: Eligible costs include software licences, subscription fees, professional services, and training directly related to the approved solution.

Applying for the PSG

Who can apply

Your accounting practice can apply if you meet all of these requirements:

  • Your business is registered in Singapore.

  • You must use the digital solution in Singapore.

  • Your firm qualifies as a small and medium-sized practice (SMP) through either criterion:

    • Annual group sales turnover of $100 million or less.

    • Group employment size of 200 workers or fewer.

  • Your primary or secondary Singapore Standard Industrial Classification (SSIC) code starts with 692. This code identifies practices that provide accounting, bookkeeping, auditing and/or tax consultancy services.

  • You have at least 30% local shareholding.

  • You have not made any payment to a supplier, vendor, or third party for the digital solution.

  • You have not signed or confirmed any contract or purchase order for the digital solution.

Before you apply

You need a Corppass account to apply. If you do not have one, sign up for Corppass.

You should also:

  1. Find solutions and vendors that suit your business needs from the PSG website.

  2. Get a quotation from the pre-approved vendor.

  3. Prepare the required documents.

When you can claim

You can claim reimbursement when your solution meets all these conditions:

  • You have paid in full for the first-year or second-year subscription.

  • You have received and accepted the letter of offer for the PSG.

  • You have implemented the solution.

  • First claim: You have used the solution for at least six months after your grant approval or solution implementation, whichever is earlier.

  • Second claim: You have used the solution for at least 18 months after your grant approval or solution implementation, whichever is earlier.

  2. Submit your claims and supporting documents:

Receiving your funds

After your claim is approved, you will receive your funds through Paynow Corporate.

Register for PayNow Corporate with your unique entity number (UEN) through your bank.
