           By the powers conferred by paragraphs 1 and 2 of the First Schedule to the Accountants Act and Section 4(1) of the Accountants Act, the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, has appointed:

(a)  Mr Winston Ngan to be a temporary Chairperson of the Public Accountants Oversight Committee whenever the Chairperson is unable to discharge his functions because of absence from Singapore or incapacity from illness or otherwise from 7 February 2025 to 31 March 2027; and

(b)  Mdm Esther Wee Yu to be a member of the Public Accountants Oversight Committee from 7 February 2025 to 31 March 2027.
