With effect from 30 July 2020, companies and limited liability partnerships (LLPs) are required to lodge Register of Registrable Controllers (RORC) information with ACRA via the BizFile+ portal, in addition to maintaining their own RORC.

The RORC e-Service in BizFile+, which was suspended in September 2020, resumed on 1 February 2021. All companies and LLPs, unless exempted, will be given until 30 June 2021 to lodge their RORC information with ACRA.

Entities that had previously lodged their RORC information with ACRA in BizFile+ will not be required to lodge this information again unless there are changes to the RORC information.
