Company directors, in their capacity as audit committee members, attended a joint seminar organised for the first time by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA), the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID). The inaugural seminar, attended by some 150 audit committee members, discussed the latest developments in the corporate regulatory landscape and the challenges that lie ahead for 2015.
