When to close a sub-fund
If you have an umbrella VCC, you can apply to close your sub-funds for any of these reasons:
Your umbrella VCC has stopped all business activities across all its sub-funds.
A specific sub-fund is no longer active.
How to close a sub-fund
Open VCC eServices and log in to your account.
Click eServices, then Close a VCC.
Select Application to Dissolve a Sub-Fund.
Submit your application.
