All variable capital companies (VCCs) must file an annual return with ACRA on time to avoid penalties of up to $600.
What is an annual return
An annual return is an online form you have to file with ACRA. It contains key details about your VCC, such as:
Names of directors and the secretary
Sub-fund details (if any)
When to file your annual returns
All VCCs must file their annual returns:
After its annual general meeting each year
Within seven months after the end of its financial year
