Visit our service counters to get help with registering, managing and closing a business.

You need to book an appointment at least four calendar days before your visit.

All consultations are strictly by appointment only.

Complete our online appointment form to select your preferred slot

  • Appointment slots: Our appointment slots are from 9am to 4.30pm. Each appointment lasts 30 minutes.

  • Contact details: Please check that your email address and phone number are correct, in the event we need to contact you.

Receive a confirmation SMS

  • Confirmation SMS: After you submit the form, you should receive a confirmation SMS containing your appointment details and reference number.

  • (Optional) Confirmation email: Please provide your email address at the time of booking if you wish to receive a confirmation via email.

Note: You can only book one appointment at a time. Please change your appointment at least one day in advance if you cannot attend the appointment slot.

Arrive 10 minutes early at Revenue House, 55 Newton Road, Singapore 307987.

Note: If you are late you may have to wait up to 90 minutes to be served. Our officers may also ask you to visit us on another day.

Get your queue ticket. Approach the service counter at the main entrance of the TaxPayer and Business Service Centre (Level 1).

Opening hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm (last queue ticket: 4pm)

  • Eve of Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year: 9am to 1pm (last queue ticket: 12pm)

  • Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays: Closed

Wait for your number to be called. Our officers will strive to see you within 15 minutes of your appointment time.
