Extract is a PDF copy of forms with / without attachments filed by business entities with ACRA, such as the company constitution, financial statements, incorporation of local companies and annual returns. It can be used to trace an entity’s historical records.

The cost of the extract is as follows:

  • $11.00 – Forms without attachment
  • $26.00 – Forms with attachment
  • Additional $1 per page for certification

The certified document bears an ACRA entity stamp, an authentication number and is endorsed by the Assistant Registrar of ACRA.

To purchase the product:

  • Login at BizFile+
  • Go to Buy Information

For forms filed before 13th January 2003

Upon checkout, a request for the selected extract will be sent to ACRA. You should expect a response from ACRA by the next working day to confirm the availability of the extract.

If the extract is available, you will be given an “Extract Transaction Number” to purchase the extract at BizFile+ > Buy Information.

Upon successful payment, an email on the guide for product download will be sent to you within 15 minutes. Alternatively, if the purchase is done via Singpass, you can login at ACRA BizFileportal, click on Messages to access the same email message. Download for purchased product will expire 7 days from date of purchase, no further extension can be made.

For forms filed on or after 13th January 2003

Authenticity of ACRA’s Extract

The authenticity of an Extract issued by ACRA can be verified free-of-charge. An online product authentication page will display information of the product type and the date of purchase.

The online authentication page is accessible by:

  1. Scanning the QR code on the last page of the Extract document (by using a QR code reader or download any QR code scanner application on a smartphone); or
  2. Keying in the authentication number and the UEN at iShop’s Product Authentication page.
