Corporate Law Advisory Panel
The Corporate Law Advisory Panel (“CLAP”) is a standing advisory panel established by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (“ACRA”).
The roles of the CLAP are to:
(a) raise law reform issues for consideration;
(b) provide feedback on ACRA’s law reform proposals;
(c) advise on corporate law developments both locally and internationally; and
(d) advise ACRA on interpretation of the Companies Act for issuance of Registrar’s Interpretations.
