The authenticity of a Business Profile with Certificate of Production issued by ACRA can be verified free-of-charge. An online product authentication page will display information of the product type, the date of purchase, and the list of the relevant officers’ names and positions. This value-added service is available for 30 days from the date of purchase.
The online authentication page is accessible by:
- Scanning the QR code on the page of the Certificate of Production (by using a QR code reader or download any QR code scanner application on a smartphone); or
- Keying in the authentication number and the UEN at iShop’s Product Authentication page.
