More Convenient and Integrated Service Experience for Customers

This move will provide customers with a more convenient and integrated service experience. Customers only need to visit one location for assistance on a range of business-related matters such as business registration, taxation and business advisory services such as capability building for small and medium-sized enterprises. Customers can also use the self-help kiosks to access ACRA and IRAS' e-services conveniently.  

Visiting ACRA Service Counter at Revenue House

From 3 Sep 2018, customers who wish to visit ACRA’s service counter at Revenue House on business registration matters are encouraged to book an e-appointment at least 3 working days in advance through this link. For more information on how to make an e-appointment, please click here

Co-location of ACRA's Service Counter at Revenue House

  1. When will the co-location take place?
    From 3 September 2018, ACRA’s service counter will be co-located with the service counters of IRAS, SME Centre and CorpPass at Taxpayer and Business Service Centre, Level 1 Revenue House, 55 Newton Road, Singapore 307987.
  2. Why is there a need to co-locate ACRA service counter?
    ACRA, IRAS, CorpPass and SME Centre’s service counters will be co-located at Revenue House to serve as a one-stop centre which allows customers to conveniently seek assistance from the various government agencies on wide-ranging matters from business registration, taxation, CorpPass to business advisory services relating to areas such as capability building for local small and medium-sized enterprises. Customers can also use the self-help kiosks to access ACRA and IRAS' e-services conveniently.
  3. Is the entire ACRA’s office moving to Revenue House?
    Only ACRA’s service counter on business registration matters will be co-located at the Taxpayer and Business Service Centre at Revenue House, to provide customers with convenient access to assistance from various government agencies including IRAS, CorpPass and SME Centre.

    Case-specific enforcement-related appointments to see Enforcement Department (ED) officers, will continue to take place in ACRA’s office at 10 Anson Road, #05-01/15 International Plaza. 

Business Registration-related and Other Counter Services

  1. What services will be provided by ACRA at Revenue House?
    ACRA’s service counter at Revenue House will provide assistance on business registration matters.  Enforcement-related appointments will continue to be held at our office located at 10 Anson Road, #05-01/15 International Plaza. 
  2. Where do I collect my future purchases of information products from ACRA?
    With effect from 1 June 2018, all delivery of business information products purchased from ACRA iShop will be done online via emails. An email with a URL link to download the purchased information product will be sent within 30 minutes upon successful payment. Please click here for more information.  
  3. After my appointment with ACRA on business registration enquiries at the counter, can the officer help me with further enquiries related to taxation / CorpPass / business advisory services for SMEs?
    ACRA will refer you to the respective agencies i.e. IRAS, CorpPass and SME Centre which are co-located at Revenue House for assistance. To reduce the waiting time to see officers from IRAS/SME Centre, you are encouraged to make an appointment online via their respective websites. For SME business advisory services, you will be required to make an appointment here and their business advisors will contact you to schedule the appointment.
  4. I do not have a computer at home, can your officers help me to file my transactions in BizFile+?
    Our officers are not able to assist with the e-filing of transactions on behalf of customers. You can use the self-help kiosks located at Revenue House to file your transactions by logging in with your SingPass and identification number.
  5. I would like to make enquiries over the counter. How do I schedule an appointment to meet an officer?
    You may make an e-appointment via this link. An appointment can be made 3 to 14 working days in advance.   1. Besides enquiries relating to business registration matters, will the ACRA service counter at Revenue House also handle enforcement-related enquiries? 
    Yes, however, customers with appointments to see our Compliance Officer on case-specific enforcement-related matters will continue to be served at the ACRA’s office located at 10 Anson Road, #05-01/15 International Plaza. More information can be found here.
  2. I would like to make representations/appeal for summonses issued (e.g. to reduce the number of charges) or composition sum or late lodgement fee. Can I see an officer at Revenue House?
    • For representation and appeals regarding sections 175, 197 and 201 of the Companies Act offences
