You can request for a business profile for a quick check on a business entity or when you need to open a bank account or submit to licensing authorities. The report contains salient information on companies, businesses, limited liability partnerships and public accounting firms.
The fee is $5 per report.
Processing Time
Upon successful payment, an email will be sent to you within 30 minutes, with the URL link for you to view, print and download the information. You can also download the information via www.bizfile.gov.sg > Information Services > Check Status for Paid Transaction.
Important: Please note that the URL will expire in 48 hour from the payment date and time.
Certified Copy
You can request for a certified copy if you need it to be authenticated for producing to Court and other authorities for evidential purposes. Please purchase a Business Profile with Certificate of Production that will be duly signed by our Assistant Registrar and posted to you.
A. For Business (Sole Proprietorships/Partnerships)
