You are required to notify the Registrar of any changes in the registered particulars of your business firm within 14 days after such change has occurred. Please log into www.bizfile.gov.sg to submit your online transaction to notify us of the change.
The filing fee for each transaction is $20. Please note that for a change in business name, another $15 is payable for the approval of the business name. Please note that a penalty may be imposed if the change is notified after the prescribed period of 14 days.
Certain changes require the endorsement (consent) of all the owners whilst for some changes, any owner or the manager may endorse the transaction.
